Covid-19 Safety Guidelines

With the positive Covid-19 developments, we are confident that our in-person AGM event will be held as usual. We will be updating this page leading up to our event with the latest information. For now, below are good-practice guidelines based on currently available government information.

If you have a high temperature prior to visit let us know, you are advised to have a lateral flow test.

The SCPS committee requests that all attendees perform lateral flow tests before arrival to the venue.

Social distancing required by all visitors.

Face masks are advisable in the lecture hall(optional in Exhbition area). Masks are recommended where social distancing cannot be maintained.

Hand sanitizer stations available throughout venue.

Surfaces cleaned regularly for added protection.

Meals prepared and served with safety guidelines.

No course books allowed for 2022 event for safety.

No name badges shall be given to delegates for safety.
