A photo will be required with your submitted abstract. Photos taken with modern smartphones will be sufficient. Get a second person to shoot this for you. The image must meet the guidelines set out on the photo guidelines page to ensure uniformity and maintain the professional outlook of our website. Submitted photos that aren't compliant will need to be retaken. Post editting of the photos will be done to remove backgrounds and match the proportions of others in our collection. Potrait photos from qualiified/approved abstracts will appear on our events schedule, abstracts pages, promo posters and video posters in the members area.
Our Zoom recording guidance page will show you how to set up a pre-recorded Zoom presentation. Post-edited videos of these talks will be available in our members' area. You must follow the guidance on this page to ensure the submission is made correctly.
Before you submit your application to our online form, please ensure you have a Microsoft word document for the abstract that adheres to the character length for title, and text length for body. It is important to ensure that you also submit a photo that meets the criteris set. The online form accessed through the button below will have an upload feature for digital assets.
